About Me
I’m Daniel Korn, a Senior Director of Engineering at Lemonade, leading the Data Platform and Car Engineering groups.
I co-founded and lead a community of over 1,500 engineering managers in Israel (“Engineering Managers IL”), facilitating knowledge sharing through virtual discussions and physical monthly meetups.
I’m passionate about leading strong engineering teams that build excellent products through technical coaching, growth mentorship, and an emphasis on execution and delivery. In my spare time, I contribute to open source projects and blog about tech, management, and process.
When not coding or crashing meetups, I’m an avid CrossFitter and snowboarder. I love exploring new places through football matches.
